David John & The Comstock Cowboys

You'll step back in time at the Bucket of Blood Saloon where you'll find David John & the Comstock Cowboys surrounded by his 601 posse. The Cowboys and his 601 brethren help bring the old west back to life with authentic songs about gun fights, prairie dogs and the open range. Dressed as cattle drovers from the 1800's with in drop-sleeve shirts, six-shooters, high top boots and spurs, David John and his Cowboys always have the saloon jumpin'.

On Patrol

601's are "decked out" in period correct cowboy attire, hats, vests, six shooters, boots, spurs and whatever else you can imagine a cowboy hero from the past might be wearing. You might say we look like we are straight out of a spaghetti western movie.

Walking the streets, 601's are ready, willing, and able to have our photo taken with you.  Do not hesitate to ask us for a photo as we are there to make your visit to Virgina City as memorable as possible.
